What is EROIX?
EROIX is the adventurous process that leads to innovation and improvement. We intend to improve the things that touch your body, and your life, every day. It is important to us that the first garments a man puts on are the best garments he puts on, and show the rest of his outfit its due respect.

We created products for a most stylish look, and superior feel: a look and feel that will inspire you to your best.

What is TRUE-FIT Guarantee?

EROIX offers a True Fit Guarantee, which assures you get the best fit. Visit the FITTING ROOM for help choosing your size. If you are uncertain what size is best, order a variety of sizes. Keep what is perfect, send back what isn’t with free return shipping. However, you may find different sizes pair well with different outfits.

What size am I?

Reference detailed sizing information in THE FITTING ROOM. (also found by clicking the “Size Guide” link on each product page). We understand online shopping presents unique challenges for fit and sizing. If you have a question about a particular style, send us a message at hello@eroix.com. We’ll help you find the best fit.

What is NOLASTIC?

NoLastic is our approach to a superior look, fit, and feel. It means we have foregone an elastic waistband and the catchall S-M-L-XL sizing. Instead we favor precision tailoring, and woven textiles. NoLastic means better style and comfort, no billowing, excess material. No spongy, bulky knit fabric.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my package arrive?

We process orders within 1-3 business days, then ship them to you via USPS. Once shipped, standard shipping takes about 3-10 business days.

Can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, and you need to make a change to your order, send us an email at hello@eroix.com — Include your name, the order number, and change you would like to make.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries for a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

*Our TRUE-FIT guarantee includes a 10-day return policy from the day you receive your shipment. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Exchanges are free.

How do I return a gift?

We offer store credit for gift returns. Send a message to hello@eroix.com and include any information you have (order number, item, name of person who ordered, etc). Including a photo can be helpful too!

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

If you have a damaged or defective item, contact hello@eroix.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right!
